Long Island Masonry Services is an independent marketplace that matches homeowners with vetted masonry contractors across Nassau and Suffolk counties. We are not a contractor, builder, or financing provider, and we do not perform work on your property.
2. Matching and vetting
We apply a multi-step vetting process that reviews licensing, insurance, portfolio depth, review signals and responsiveness. Vetting reduces risk but is not a guarantee of any outcome. Ratings and scores are our own opinions based on the signals available to us at the time.
3. Your agreement with a contractor
Every contract, estimate, warranty, payment and obligation is strictly between you and the contractor you choose. Review all documents and confirm license and insurance status before work begins.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may decline or remove submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive or automated.
